Through the science of fermentation, we convert the sugar into crisp alcohol and fine bubbles. The result is a 'Brut' profile that defies expectation, dry, distinct, and deceptively light.

Mied drinks closer to Champagne than cider: crisp, bright, and dry with low residual sugar. It has that clean green-apple snap you'd expect from a white wine, with a lively finish that stays refreshing rather than sweet.

We use only the finest ingredients, sourced from Moldova's pristine Codri forests. Our champagne yeast ensures proper fermentation, while the terroir-driven honey captures the unique floral notes of the region. Pure water completes the blend, allowing the natural flavors to shine.
Just as Pinot Noir reflects its soil, honey reflects its flora. Moldova's unique climate, rich black soil (chernozem) and vast, untouched woodlands, creates a 'Melliferous Terroir' found nowhere else. Our honey captures the specific organoleptic snapshot of the Codri forests: distinct notes of Linden, white Acacia, and wild basil that grapes simply cannot replicate.
